"Ken from A Honable Roofing came out and showed me all the places that Invigorating Roofing missing and why the roof is leaking. He's going to give an estimate to repair and some of the skylight covers. He seemed very honest to me, so will probably hire them. I don't want to have anything to do with Invigorate roofing. So this will be coming out of my pocket. Since Invigorate roofing never addressed my concerns and insurance company paid them. I'll probably never hear from them again."

"The roof looks great and they answered all my questions and concerns promptly. All the work was done in a timely and professional manner. Unfortunately our security lamp on the garage was accidentally broken while a solar panel was being removed. They were courteous and admitted the accident and replaced it with no hesitation. I am very pleased with the work they did."

"My experience with Green Mountain Contractors was fantastic start to finish. I was purchasing a home with a 23 year old tar and gravel flat roof in the North Valley with signs of leaks in multiple areas. I worked with 6 different roofers that all had excellent reviews to get multiple opinions and bids. Green Mountain was able to come out the fastest, got me a bid within 24 hours, and Zach patiently walked me through different options (TPO, Silicone, and repairs to the tar + gravel). We talked through the pros/cons of each material and the cost differences. From a cost perspective, Green Mountain came in down the middle of the bunch. From a thoughtfulness, responsiveness, timeliness, friendliness, and professionalism perspective, Green Mountain was at the very top. Green Mountain was extremely communicative throughout the job. He checked in afterwards. His team showed up when they said they would and left the property as clean as they found it. Because this was for a home I was purchasing, Green Mountain had to run around and coordinate with the seller, the seller's insurance agent, myself, and the seller's agent. He also had to schedule the job with only a couple of days notice, and complete it within 3 days so we could make our closing date. Green Mountain was able to get it all done without making compromises on quality. Once I got into the home and inspected the roof, I found some extremely minor areas of concern. Green Mountain came back out promptly to address them. I will definitely be working with Green Mountain again on other projects for the home."

"It was phenomenal, clean, neat, they were just wonderful. Because of their job, our neighbors also hired them to do their leaking roofs."

"Excellent service and product Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs their roof replaced"

"Eduardo and Reyes Loya remodeled our bathroom removing an old bathtub and old tile from the walls. They built wall nichos, retiled the floor, smooth finish on the walls and painted, replaced an old vanity and shelf, rewired the outlets and adding an outlet for an electric bidet. They installed a new vessel sink and shower . The river walk design on the walls was beautiful. They were professional, honest and not only thorough but detail oriented. They communicated with us from start to finish. They cleaned up after each day and hauled away the debris.I highly recommend them to everyone. I plan on hiring them for the rest of our home upgrade projects. Roofing and stucco next on my list. Thank you for a great job on our bathroom. Gary and Regina Johnson"

"I contacted Billy at Alvarado roofing for recommendations for a new roof. Within hours after contacting the office we were on the schedule, and within a few days we had everything we needed. I let him know we were having some slight leakage from one skylight. Billy said “no problem”, got some silicone from his truck and did a temporary fix on the problem so we were good for the winter until the roof work could be done this summer. This happened before we hired Alvarado Roofing to do the job! This small act of kindness, his cheerful demeanor, and professionalism are the reasons we hired Alvarado Roofing. Billy took the time to explain to me, a new homeowner the details, he coordinated with our insurance company, and was there for us every step of the way from the initial meeting to the roof completion. Chelsea in the office is prompt with email and telephone replies, they were patient with the final payment from our insurance company, and the roof and new skylights look fantastic. We started with one figure for the cost to replace, and Alvarado roofing delivered, ahead of schedule. We did our homework to find the best in Albuquerque, Alvarado Roofing did not disappoint."
