"Did a great job, only issue was that they started working later in the day and didn’t finish until about 9:00 at night."

"Andrew was very friendly and knowable. He took the time to explain the different options I had for doing my roof. He even made a special trip with sample colors. Connor (office manager) was very thorough and supplied me with all pictures and documentation needed to work with my insurance. Their prices were right in line with my insurance adjuster. MAD Roofing was dependable, fast and efficient. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family."

"The cost was a little more than the others but the quality of workmanship and the materials are superior to the others. They did my roof the right way and had to fix the mess made of my roof by the last roofer cutting corners and costs I'm sure. You get what you pay for and when you want your roof to last 30 years because it was done the right way with superior materials this is the company you want to go with. I highly recommend this company. Oh and I have a 20 year guarantee in righting on top of it all."

"Being a disabled veteran it gets hard finding a good company. Yet, this company went way above and beyond for me. I had a minor leak coming from my roof that made its way into a basement room. Victor, my amazing repair person, found a small hole the previous builder hid at initial construction at the corner of second floor slash roof. The flashing wasnt done right and the hole allowed the water to work its way down. After 20yrs of this minor leaking it destroyed my wall, damaged the rock, and even worked its way to the beginning of the flooring above the basement room. The pictures show what 20yrs of a tiny leak can do. What a simple minor leak looked like, was actually a monster that damaged alot. They fixed everything to perfection, even found a second minor issue after fixing the flashing. The rain was also working its way behind gutter and because he was working in the rain he fixed that too. Yes he was working in rain. I couldn't ask for a better job done. Google has more detail"

"Viking Construction exceeded my expectations. I needed a new roof for my elderly mom. I asked for estimates from 3 different companies. Viking responded immediately and came to look at the roof within a day. The estimate was detailed with photos and measurements. The estimates I got from other companies just gave me a price which was much higher than the quote I got from Viking. They did excellent work and completed the job within a few days. I live far away from my mom's house. Viking kept me updated daily throughout the project. I am very pleased with the whole experience with Viking. I highly recommend them."

"We would highlight that our experience with Jose was great and without his support throughout the process of negotiating the damage and coverage with our insurance, they likely would not have covered the majority of the damage. He was a pleasure to work with and we appreciated his advocating for our situation. The roof looks great and we would highly recommend their service!"

"It was great working with Vantage Point Roofing! The price was very fair. Rob was responsive and went above and beyond to fixing the items on my roof. I will definitely hire them when I need a new roof or any more work done on my existing roof."

"I used Elite Roofing to replace my home’s original composite shingles. I live in the foothills so fire safety was important, and I wanted a “forever” roof that I wouldn’t need to replace again, so I asked Elite to install a standing seam metal roof. Elite did a good job of demolishing the previous roof, and they installed the new roof professionally. It’s been four years since I had my roof replaced and I’m still 100% satisfied."

"Tephra is absolutely amazing!! Highly recommend to anybody looking to install a roofing and solar combination. Their work is top notch quality!"
Maintaining your soffit is essential. You must inspect it twice yearly to catch any clear signs of deterioration. Look for cracks, mold, rotted wood, sagging sections, chipped paint, or missing boards. If these issues are detected, contact a professional immediately to repair or replace the damaged soffit and protect your home’s structural integrity.
To maintain your fascia boards and soffits, inspect them regularly to protect your roof and home's structure. Clean your gutters to remove debris and prevent moisture buildup. Repaint any damaged sections to keep moisture at bay. Upgrading drip edges and vents improves airflow and dispels moisture efficiently, helping you avoid severe damage and costly repairs.
While installing a new soffit over an existing soffit isn't common, it may be necessary in some older homes. If removing the original soffit could damage delicate structures, a professional might recommend installing the new soffit without complete removal. Always consult a qualified professional to assess the condition and ensure this method is safe and effective.
When hiring someone for soffit and fascia repair, choose a specialist with proven roofing and gutter systems expertise. A knowledgeable contractor will thoroughly inspect your home and provide a straightforward repair or replacement plan. Check online reviews and ask for references to ensure you receive high-quality service that delivers lasting results and strong protection for your home.
