When Mr. Fuller and his crew came to do the roof, he saw that there was 2 inches of standing water on the flat roof. He left immediately (the crew stayed and worked) and got the appropriate materials to create an incline on the flat roof and had his crew tie it into the existing shingle side. Within a few hours, that work, the shingles and the TPO was all installed. He took a years long headache off our hands. Years after the installation I made 2 calls to come out to fix the loose shingles. *The F grade is for nails and shingles in the yard, my flowers, the attic and the driveway.* It took me a long time to pay off the account but he never gave me a hard time about it.
