"On the initial visit, the contractor seemed competent, went over all the details about replacing our roof, displayed samples of the different roof install materials, and answered all our questions. The quote provided shortly after was significantly better than installers who were closer. The materials drop off and the install happened on the specified dates. The installers were competent and professional and the replacement was completed in a day. The work was excellent and the materials were of very high quality, with a long warranty. "The company, LLC Cover All Exteriors, were on time, did a great job on the roof as well as the torch down on my porch roof. The debris was cleaned and removed. There was a small problem with the torch down porch roof twice, which can happen when dealing with water. However, with no questions asked the company sent the crew out immediately and effectively reconciled both issues. I am now using that same company to install windows.
