He called and was able to come earlier in the day, noticed the issue, fixed it and was on his way. He even took a video of the issue and explained what his repair was. They identified water damaged plywood roof decking and replaced it with new wood as seen in the photos. Communication with Hugh was excellent and he beat the closest estimate by a thousand bucks. The crew worked quickly, efficiently and neatly hauling away all of the old roofing material with them. The entire project was complete in one day. It has rained a few times since the job was finished and not a drop of water has gotten through the new roof! These guys are highly recommened!"
