Dave Harrison came to our house, walking us through all the steps and answering whatever questions we had. We felt very good about our decision. The roofing team arrived earlier this past week. I didn't know that sort of worth ethic was still out there, but we were incredibly impressed! The care taken to protect the home and surrounding features, the constant clean up and the amazing skill to put our roof on so beautifully. I was trying to be patient, but no one bothered to call back. The last time I called they informed me that I was on the list, but they would not be calling me to acknowledge that they had received my request. Basically, my complaint was not as important as the others. I said that was enough. I am not satisfied with their actions. Mr. Palmer and his crew did a fine job initially and were very nice. Now after the job is done and I am seeing leaks, they are not being responsive. I cannot paint inside my kitchen with the leaks. I would not recommend them to anybody. Mr. Palmer himself was professional, but the service I was getting from the people that answered the phones was unacceptable."
