"The roof leaked consistently and he never came back to make the repairs. He keeps stating that the leak is coming from a higher part of the roof. When I called a licensed roofer with experience, he explains that he installed the wrong materials on a low-pitched roof. When he removed the materials he found that that they nailed in a seam of the roof, that is where the leaks were coming from. Every time it rained I had buckets out to catch the water until it was fixed properly. I would suggest asking for a license... I paid 3 times as much as it would cost to make the original repairs."

"Mr. Lewis was easy to work with. A 7 to 10 day project took much longer because the crew did not show up when they could have worked. I had to call to get any action. Not sure of quality of paint (stain) but metal roofing paint only has a 3 year warranty. The same amount of energy is expelled placing a 10 or 15 year coating. I never haggled Mr. Lewis about his price. I certainly should have gotten a better quality paint. Also, roof was first to be checked for loose nails/screws. I saw 1 worker check and re-nail only one small area of the roof. Anything that was loose was to be removed and replaced with a fresh screw- one linger and with a larger diameter. I never saw that done."
