"Scott is the best! He is incredibly responsive and responsible. He replied to my call on a Saturday and was able to come by the same day to look at the job. He made sure to get the heat tape installed before the next big storm hit even coming by on a Sunday to finish the electrical hook up and install the wifi connected controller box.
