I ran into Mike Perry (Pioneer Construction) at Steamboat Lumber in winter of 2019 as I was asking the clerk if she knew anyone who could build me an interior wall. That project was a great success, and I have been working with Pioneer ever since on a variety of projects which have turned our house and barn from shabby/drab to beautiful and functional. Mike and his crew are a pleasure to work with, and I am very grateful for his professionalism, expertise, and eye for aesthetics and design which have resulted in outcomes far better than I had anticipated. "Work is not scheduled until December. They used technology to evaluate the roof (an IR camera attachment & app for a cell phone), presented a great product, and provided a reasonable bid. Since the work has not yet been done, I can't rate the quality, etc. However, the system forced me to enter 'placeholders'"
