"Remmy contacted me quickly and came out the next day to check out my roof. Over the phone I told him I had a newborn so he was nice and called when he was outside instead of ringing the doorbell in case my son was sleeping. For the inspection he showed me pictures of what was wrong and what they would do to fix it. Remmy and his crew came out and fixed the problem quickly as well as making sure there was no other problems. They will always be my first to come to if I have roofing problems."

"MY WIFE AND I HAVE LIVED IN THE SAME LOCATION FOR 50 YEARS. MASON FROM BULLDOG ROOFING LISITENED TO MY COMMENTS ABOUT THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE EXISTING ROOF. THAT WAS GOOD. THEY WERE THE MOST EXPENSIVE OF THE THREE CONTRACTORS. THAT WAS OK."

"They did a fantastic job replacing my roof. It was done in a timely manner and there was great communication during the entire process. All my questions were answered, and my worries/concerns were addressed before they started the job. Guardian roofing was very honest, gave me a great price, and was really easy to contact when I had questions. I was able to place my outdoor furniture in the garage and that made it much easier for them to clean up after. I had no nails around the parameter of the house and no left over debris. They did a fantastic job on my roof, and the clean up, Iâ m so pleased with how it turned out. My house looks beautiful, and they were enjoyable to work with. Very kind profess workers as well."

"Excellent experience. Cristian was quick to respond and was professional. He conducted a thorough inspection of both the roof and attic to properly determine necessary corrective actions and relayed his finding so we could make an adequate decision. He instructed his crew on what needed to be done and conducted a follow-up after completion. Crew was efficient and good about cleaning up after themselves. Highly recommend JB Roofing for and any roofing needs."

Maintaining your soffit is essential. You must inspect it twice yearly to catch any clear signs of deterioration. Look for cracks, mold, rotted wood, sagging sections, chipped paint, or missing boards. If these issues are detected, contact a professional immediately to repair or replace the damaged soffit and protect your home’s structural integrity.
To maintain your fascia boards and soffits, inspect them regularly to protect your roof and home's structure. Clean your gutters to remove debris and prevent moisture buildup. Repaint any damaged sections to keep moisture at bay. Upgrading drip edges and vents improves airflow and dispels moisture efficiently, helping you avoid severe damage and costly repairs.
While installing a new soffit over an existing soffit isn't common, it may be necessary in some older homes. If removing the original soffit could damage delicate structures, a professional might recommend installing the new soffit without complete removal. Always consult a qualified professional to assess the condition and ensure this method is safe and effective.
When hiring someone for soffit and fascia repair, choose a specialist with proven roofing and gutter systems expertise. A knowledgeable contractor will thoroughly inspect your home and provide a straightforward repair or replacement plan. Check online reviews and ask for references to ensure you receive high-quality service that delivers lasting results and strong protection for your home.
