Finally I called Rapid Roofing and when they assessed the roof, they let me know that the reason I was having so many leaks was from the 3 layers of roofing and not having a proper roofing system. "Very happy with the quality, timing and price. Good communication as well. The old roof had to be removed from both the main house and detached garage. The house had multiple layers of shingles that needed to come off and the garage also had the original cedar shingles in addition to the many layers of asphalt shingles. It was very messy getting the old roof off but the crew was really good about cleaning up. At the end of the first day the yard was a clean as it was before the work started. The entire job took only two days and the crew was able to start work the same week I signed the contract. Because less plywood was used than was quoted, the final price was even a few bucks less than the contracted price I agreed to. So overall I am very happy. Was a really smooth and easy project compared to past home projects."

"AAA Home Construction responded quickly to my request for roof repair job, visited my home and provided a very fair estimate within hours. Nick arrived on time for the job and made a thorough assessment of the damage within an hour. There was far more damage than anticipated. Unbeknownst to me, there was also has no insulation in the roof. I was given a very fair price to have all the rotted wood replaced and install insulation. Every roofing detail was covered and a new gutter provided. They cleaned up well and even spackled a few areas in the ceiling below (removal of decades old, rotted wood was brutal) affected by vibrations. The AAA Home Construction team demonstrated great integrity and quality workmanship. I've obtained estimates for a couple of other projects, too, and look forward to working with AAA Home Construction again!"

After meeting him and going over details about roof replacement, I hired them without getting other quotes. The day of the work the crew of a dozen workers came. The crew worked like a well oiled machine! Everyone knew their job and went about it professionally. They finished in 1 day!! 1 really hot July day. The crew moved patio furniture and put everything back right where it was. They cleaned up like they were never there. I would highly recommend Sav-a-Roof and I have already.
