He was very informative concerning my change over from a shingles roof to a metal roof. Greg explained the step by step installation process and the warranty that was included. After an agreement was confirmed, I was always notified with everything from the material drop off date and time to the actual installation date and any delays.. "I am a very satisfied customer. I had my roof, gutters, and awnings replaced by PGRS after a hail storm a few years ago. I also recently had the drip edge installed. I had estimates by 4 different companies but ultimately chose PGRS because of Jason Loyd, the sales rep. I was most impressed by Jason because he was very personable and courteous. Some customers have unrealistic expectations from companies. Positive experiences are had when each party does their best. Customers have responsibilities for their people skills too!
