When I called Dave Wakins, he came the same day to inspect the roof and said the roof indeed needed replacement due to hail damage and was able to find the date the hail storm came through. He took photos and prepared an insurance claim. The claim was thorough enough that there was no debate with the insurance company. My tenants were on vacation and I asked Dave to replace the roof while they were gone, just over 1 week from the first contact. He was done by the requested date.
