"Metal Roofs Direct provided us a 100% custom roof panel profile that we were looking for that no other roofing company could provide. The custom profile we created matched the style and the era of the house. Me being very particular in craftsmanship, Metal Roofs Direct worked closely with me even on a daily basis to make sure I was happy with the installation work quality. Jeremy was the lead that captured and conveyed all my wishes very well. Highly recommend Metal Roofs Direct for their integrity, craftsmanship, and the crew that works extremely hard to satisfy you as the customer. Anthony, as the project manager, worked very hard and made constant adjustments to meet my very high expectation levels. We love our new roof and the amazing experience we had with the entire crew of Metal Roofs Direct. Chad the owner, always did what was right to correct any flaws and was extremely easy to work with."

"Midwest Home Exteriors was an absolute pleasure to work with, and the
workmanship was second to none.
Roof: Work started at 7, done by Noon. Excellent materials (Owens
Corning), nicely done flashing, attention to detail was great. Yard was
spotless afterwards as well!
Gutters: Perfect looking gutters, installed professionally.
Siding: Very nicely done, custom metal bends needed to be done, and
were done professionally, on time, and looks absolutely fantastic.
All workers were courteous, professional, and prompt.
I am very happy with my experience with MHE - they go the extra mile!

"I received 5 estimates on this job. I usually choose one of the middle estimates. BUT, because I just wanted the roof to outlast me, I chose Elite who happened to have the lowest estimate. I worked with Karl on this job and he is VERY professional, responsive and knowledgeable. Karl answered PROMPTLY every call, text and email. I can sometimes be very annoying when I am spending thousands of dollars. Karl called me a few days ahead with a heads up on the dumpster and the job. At that time we were out of town and I gave Karl the go ahead. two days later we were back home and the crew were just finishing up the roof. Great we missed the noise of the removal and installation and it saved our pets the trauma of that noise. My old roof was 21+ old and after all was said and done, wood rot and replacement cost me an extra $550. Best contractor home repair experience I have ever had."

"Upon noticing that my ceiling drywall was collecting water, I immediately contacted Elite Exteriors. Elite was prompt, polite, and the pricing was fair. The flashing on my chimney and my siding was loose, and some of it was even installed backwards. Elite re-installed and re-fastened the flashings and caulked everything nicely. Due to time sensitivity of my situation and weather, I was blown away by how quickly the job was completed. This made my life a lot less stressful! I would recommend Elite Exteriors to anyone looking for siding, roofing, windows, and decking work. Ryan specifically did a great job for us. He was easy to work with, straightforward and fair. Thank you Elite!!"

"We had a roof that needed cap shingle replacement prior to the sale of the home due to degradation of the previous shingles of the wrong type. Weather Pro Exteriors had someone out quickly to provide an estimate and they were able to schedule the repair within a week. The customer service was excellent and they were easy to work with. Pricing was significantly lower than another quote I received and we are happy with the work performed. Very personable and responsive!"

Maintaining your soffit is essential. You must inspect it twice yearly to catch any clear signs of deterioration. Look for cracks, mold, rotted wood, sagging sections, chipped paint, or missing boards. If these issues are detected, contact a professional immediately to repair or replace the damaged soffit and protect your home’s structural integrity.
To maintain your fascia boards and soffits, inspect them regularly to protect your roof and home's structure. Clean your gutters to remove debris and prevent moisture buildup. Repaint any damaged sections to keep moisture at bay. Upgrading drip edges and vents improves airflow and dispels moisture efficiently, helping you avoid severe damage and costly repairs.
While installing a new soffit over an existing soffit isn't common, it may be necessary in some older homes. If removing the original soffit could damage delicate structures, a professional might recommend installing the new soffit without complete removal. Always consult a qualified professional to assess the condition and ensure this method is safe and effective.
When hiring someone for soffit and fascia repair, choose a specialist with proven roofing and gutter systems expertise. A knowledgeable contractor will thoroughly inspect your home and provide a straightforward repair or replacement plan. Check online reviews and ask for references to ensure you receive high-quality service that delivers lasting results and strong protection for your home.
