"We needed a new roof including new sheeting. Our roof was a 23 year old composite roof with 3/8" sheeting. We received 3 bids from different roofing companies. All of the bids came in within a few hundred dollars of each other. We decided to go with A Better Roofing Company because of reviews, their history in the area dating back to 1991, and the professionalism of Daniel who wrote up the estimate. We received the estimate in October 2018 and the job was completed in December 2018. Scheduling was a difficult because of the rainy days. The crew started on a friday and finished on sunday. The crew worked right thru until the job was done. When i had my extimate done i had choosen white flashing around the roof to match the facia board. The crew mistakenly installed dark flashing that matched the black roof we choose. When I did the walk through after the job was completed with Michael right before Christmas i pointed that out. He immediately said they would come out and replace it with the correct flashing. Since Christmas was a few days away I related to Michael that they could come out anytime after Christmas, no hurry. The next day when i got home from work it was all replaced. That was being responsive! The roof is beautiful and solid. I would recommend A Better Roofing Company to everyone."

"Ruben came in with the most reasonable estimate offering all the same quality as the highest bidders. The highest bidder was $45,000 HIGHER. It pays to shop around. It took two days to finish my roof, they cleaned it up very well, and it looks great. I inspected everything carefully and I believe JMR ROOFING did a very professional job that should last as long as I do. I give them 5 stars for a reason. On the personal side, The crew was serious and focused. Ruben was very accommodating to my every request and delightful to work with."

"Three Tree Roofing replaced our roof about 18 months ago and we were thrilled with the work, cost, and their professionalism (see my previous review). I have recently cancelled my DIRECTV service and called them to get an estimate on repairing/replacing the shingles where the satellite dish was mounted. They told me that they would send someone out by the end of the week to remove the dish and replace the damaged shingles at no cost. "I had Three Tree replace my roof 3 years ago and they did a great job. But what really blew me away is that during a kitchen remodel this year we discovered some water damage in a section of roof. Three Tree came responded right away, inspected the damage and then fixed the entire thing and charged me NOTHING. They stand by their work and made it right. "It went exactly as promised. Aaron came out for a quote when he said he would. After comparing his quot to others, it was the second to lowest. When we settled on a date, his crew showed up right when he said they would, and they finished a day earlier than expected. They did a great job cleaning up the site, and the roof looks great. There was damage to the roof decking, and Aaron's crew told us exactly how much material would be needed and what the costs would be before starting. Their estimates were spot-on, and the price came in within the range of Aaron's original quote. They subcontract the gutters. The company that came out is also local. They were similarly punctual, arriving the day they said they would, and completing the gutter installation in even less time than quoted. I have another roofing job that needs to be done in the next year or so, and I won't hesitate to call Aaron back."
