"Absolutely outstanding! We had a new roof put on about 3 years ago by another company and a few months ago we noticed water marks on an upstairs bedroom ceiling. It was eventually discovered the water was running down a pipe coming out of the roof and dripping on the ceiling. After two unsuccessful attempts to identify and fix the source of the problem by the company who originally did the roof instillation, we decided to go elsewhere and went with JV Roofing. Within minutes of getting up on the roof, John was able to identify the issue. I was not only impressed by John's knowledge but also his communication and obvious passion for what he does. John took the time to fully explain what caused the issue, what he did to fix it and why what he did was necessary all in language and terms someone who knows nothing about roofing can understand. "The representative showed up on time. I only needed a roof on my free standing 8'x12' shed. He explained in detail why he would have to charge me more than what the job was worth because of what he would have to pay his workers for the day. Plus the cost of waste removal. He was very courteous and I understood perfectly. He suggested I contact a General Contactor who might be able to do the job for less. I thanked him for the detailed explanation.
