"Mr. Wilson scheduled an appointment and provided a timely estimate/proposal. After review, I accepted. Originally, Mr. Wilson advised me of a work-date, but told me that his framers were unable to meet that date, so he had the removal of the old shed done as stated. That was the last I heard from them. About a week after the tentative date of building was supposed to begin, they showed up without advance notice to build. I had specifically instructed that NO TRASH was to be placed into the empty trash cans in my back yard as my trash removal mandates use of their special containers. The staff placed significant trash into the containers. The building portion of the job was complete the same day started. It looks good! I like their workmanship. I wish there had been more communication and that staff would have obeyed my request on trash."
