From the start, on the phone, Gliford Jean (he asked to call him Jean) from Zoe's Property Services, was so polite, personable and accommodating, agreeing to come the next morning. He also agreed to replace the Flush rod and handle on our toilet, and carry a large broken microwave oven to the curb for trash pickup. He showed up promptly, and professionally and knowledgeably and cleanly did all the work as we asked him to. It was the best experience with a handyman I've ever had. My wife and I had him look at another plumbing project and can't wait to have him do that. We're glad he is younger than us so we can say we've found our handyman for life."

At our first meeting he gave us several ideas and options for the fix to work with our budget, and came off very confident, trustworthy and professional. During our estimate appointment he also identified a separate issue and fixed a door that was detached from a hinge, and was not even a part of the intended job! We've had a target date of completion for this project, and Chris was able to finish it right on schedule.
