Linda, the office manager, kept me very well informed the one time they were running a little late. Seemed to do a very professional job & complete clean-up after they were finished....no trash anywhere! They noticed that one item usually included with a complete re-screening was not done (was not included on the estimate, but was part of their included services...I did not know or  contact them about this...noticed it on their own) & came back the following day to finish. All in all, a very pleasant experience, from start to finish!
