Including taking down a large tree in my front yard, adding new bathroom window trim, installing recessed kitchen lighting, plumbing water to the refrigerator, and a complete over-haul to turn my standard garage into a fun extended living space. Garage included insulation and drywalling the attic area and the walls, and a new concrete floor. The only thing Scott didn't do was replace the garage doors. But he advised and talked with the installers I hired for that work. He had his own dumpster trailers and his own equipment necessary to do the job. I am a very environmentally conscious person and he took the time to separate recyclables and lawn debris in different dumpsters for removal. He also gave me a fair bid to do the differed maintenance on my out buildings around my property and was able to restore multiple buildings that other contractors said would have to be torn down-removed and built new at a larger expense.
