He is incredibly responsive and he communicates, which is difficult to find in most contractors. He takes his time and is detail-oriented. He finds pleasure in restoring what's old so it looks new. I truly want to keep finding projects for him to do so we can keep him busy and not have to share him. Alas...I suppose someone else can have him for a week or two."
