"Josh did a great job building the deck.   He made suggestions that made the appearance of the structure look great.  The men who installed the awning worked as a team and had the awning up in no time.  The deck and awning look great together, and blend well with our house.  
The men who poured the concrete were not as careful.. We had to point our that some forms had been laid improperly.  They failed to put some fence posts in place prior to pouring the concrete.  Josh had them return to make the holes in the concrete for the fence posts, so that he could place them.

"I had the decking replaced, new railing and stairs installed. Workers were very helpful, efficient, and completer the work on time and with good quality. I also contracted to have shed doors replaced. However the material that they were going to use for the doors was composite T1-11 not wood. I wanted wood. The project manager called and said that due to issues with corona virus they were having a hard time getting the material needed. I can understand that , but they had weeks to get the correct material . In addition the project manager told me the day before the work was started that they were going to do the demo work only and that they would come back in a few days to complete the work because they were waiting on the material. The project manager gave me 3 options: use the material at hand, cancel the shed door project and not pay for it, or pay more for the material I wanted.. I decided to cancel the shed door project. As I stated above the deck work was done well, and I am satisfied with it. I would use the company again, but I would make sure that the type of material being used is stated clearly in the contract."
