"Mike, Eddie, and their team were great. From the beginning communication was easy and Mike was easy to get ahold of when we had questions regarding materials and details in the estimate he sent us. We actually had them quote us a few years back, but had to hold off on the work due to multiple home repairs. They gave us a new estimate, for a small increase, which I really respected given the 4 years that had passed and the amount of work they had on their schedule. We had a couple of other companies come out and quote us and E & B gave us a middle ground price, but with plenty of detail to back it up. We ended up deciding to do composite deck floorboards with a wood railing. After they began demo my husband realized that even though we had planned to hold off on having our back sidewalk re-poured to slope away from the house it wouldn't be possible since two of the staircase footers would have to sit on top of it. We asked if they could add give us an estimate on one sidewalk from the back of the house to the alley. After some back and forth on the height and slope of the sidewalk, they got started on that the next day. We also decided that we might as well replace our sliding door that has been giving us issues and Eddie ordered that immediately for us. Everyone was respectful about our space, worked hard, and whenever we had questions they stopped work until we had it resolved. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure to come back to finish up a few minor details. They also came back two weeks later when the sliding door wouldn't lock. They didn't leave us hanging after the majority/all of the job was done, which had happened to us once before. I trust them enough to work with them again when we're ready to tackle the next thing on our bungalow fix-it list."

"I can not say enough good things about Adam and Belmont Builders. We had to have a front porch replaced and received three additional quotes besides Belmont Builders. The quotes we received were all much more money than what Adam proposed and looking at reviews all companies appeared to be very trustworthy along with providing a quality product. From start to finish Adam was great about providing updates on the progress. There was a small "issue" with a basement window being broken near the work being done on the stairs. The window was replaced quickly and I didn't even need to address that with Adam, he informed me what had happened and told me it would be fixed. Quality of the porch is very good and should last for as long as we own the property. Once project was completed the area was cleaned up appropriately. I will look to Belmont Builders if I have a need for there services in the future. Do yourself a favor and at least get a quote from them. You'll be happy you did!!!!"

"I had a small job and trouble finding professional help for my small job replacing the shingles on the roof of my wood garden shed -- 12x6 size. Once I removed the tools inside to prepare for their work, I realized I also needed the floor replaced. They completed both jobs within a few hours; they cleaned up afterwards, I am now prepared for keeping my lawnmower and other tools dry and ready for next season. They were a pleasure to work with. Their price was fair."

"We shopped around for deck sealing prices and they had the best price.  Every time I called, the lady was professional and answered all my questions.  She must work all the time because I called in mornings and evenings.  Although other companies had more reviews for sealing, I went with them because our building's deck was built by them before I lived here.  Any contractor that sees our deck has always been impressed with the quality of their work.  Framar did a great job sealing the deck too.  The only small complaint I have is that I wish they would have covered our windows when they power washed the deck.  I had just gotten my windows cleaned professionally so I was bummed about them getting slightly dirty.  Overall, that wasn't a big deal so I was happy with their service. "

"I purchased two awnings from homedepot and was looking for an installer. Ivan and his team-mate did a good job in taking down my existing awnings and replacing them with the new ones I had purchased. They were even accommodating when I wanted to sand and paint the underlying wood to which one of the awnings was going to be mounted; while they worked on the other awning. There were a few hiccups of not having the right size drillbit and tools since the awnings were atypical. But, Ivan managed to find the parts at ace and with some help from my neighbor, all was well! The new awnings look great!"

Roman cut out all the old risers and treads and replaced them with beautiful new wood.He primed the risers and stringers all white. He stained and finished the treads to match the existing hardwood flooring. It looks beautiful. Roman is an honest, hard working man."
