"Basement project: We met with Eric and he was our point person for the whole project. He and his team couldn't have been better. We were ripped off by another contractor a few years prior to this so to say we were gun shy was an understatement. Eric definitely made us feel comfortable with the whole process. The 2 guys who came in to do the carpentry did an excellent job, always included us on decisions, cleaned up after themselves, and were very personable. The quality of work was better than we could have ever imagined and the space looks awesome. They had to do some demo and redid a wall, added shelves and laid a floor. They stayed on track and on schedule and we felt the price quoted was fair and worth every penny.

The second project was exterior about a year later. We needed so panels replaced and repainted. Once again, on time and cleaned up after themselves.

Its hard to find a contractor to begin with and one that is honest and takes pride and cares about their work is a gem. We'll definitely use them again.

"Communication with the owners was easy and timely, but very disappointed in the attention to detail and overall oversight of the job on Redman's part with their sub-contractors. We constantly had to directly let the outside workers know of our plans even though we had already discussed items with Redman. We had to ask them to clean up after themselves (one contractor said he never owned a tarp before) and have the electrician come back numerous times to fix things. Overall timeline was met and we are happy with overall design and functionality, but had to aggressively press at the end before our move in date. Items that we were disappointed in - nails showing through new cabinetry (purchased separately), holes still showing in the plastered ceiling and recessed lighting holes cut too big, so that the lights are loose. Tile Contractor was the best by far."

They were careful in their work and the quality of their work is incredible. Orlando and Brian were especially kind in answering the many questions I had while the work was going on. The end result is a deck that is not just beautiful but safe for our family."

"Needed assessment and solution for sinking back yard. A solution and plan was presented. Any questions or concerns were addressed. At no time did I feel pressured. A wooden shed on the location had to be removed and disposed. Special consideration had to be made for water flow which may have caused this problem. The solution seems logical. Based on the finished work, I have great confidence that I will use this company again."

If you're looking for a company you want to trust, they can handle it. They did everything on the addition. They treat your house like it's your own. They clean up after themselves. They cared about where they parked in your driveway. The workers were all good guys. There was no cursing. It was a super and professional environment. You don't get that from too many companies, in my experience. These guys certainly separated themselves, from the rest of the contractors out there. Their prices are okay. You can tell they pay good, to have good workers."
