"Overall, the process went fairly cleanly.  Upon arranging an installation date and time, the technician arrived exactly as expected.  He proceeded to perform a general maintenance on the two doors and was finished quickly.  He then told me that we needed new rollers on the doors and quoted a price.  The replacement made sense, but there was some confusion in the order.  The "special" I had prepaid had that as part of the order and was not relayed to the tech.  I showed him the receipt and the order, he took a copy and completed the roller replacement. 
So I give high marks for the technical work.  However, the administrative portion was a little disappointing - I  did not expect to have to instruct the tech as to the entire job scope.
