Excellent customer service! I called because my roof was leaking. They came out the same day and Ben gave us an estimate for the roof. They prioritized our roof, ordered the materials and replaced my roof in less then two weeks. The crew was very hard working and extremely fast. They worked from early in the morning to when it got dark,. They left my yard very clean. I highly recommend this company!!

We hired them to remodel our old kitchen. We didn't know exactly what we wanted so they helped us with a design. The kitchen came out perfect as a design and I really like my new custom cabinets! Our project manager was very patient and always answered all questions. Everything was handled professionally. Great quality of work, will definitely use them again for future projects.

In February, we had the siding replaced on our house. When they got to the wall outside the master bathroom shower, they found catastrophic rot in the framing. The previous owners had remodeled the bathroom almost 10 years ago and apparently the contractor made some mistakes that caused the shower pan to leak slowly into the framing and insulation. Multiple contractors told us that the only solution was to completely destroy and rebuild the shower from scratch. We hired C&S based on excellent recommendations and the fact that he could handle all aspects of the job, including the structural work. The work began on the 18th of March and finished the 3d of April. The granite tiles used in the original shower were no longer available, and we found 79 of them on closeout so we changed the design to use lighter colored tiles above and below a band of the original tiles. Our insurance company, estimated about $18k to repair the damage and paid us as the work began. Actual cost was $24,500 and we are hoping they may make up some of the difference. I would not wish this on anyone but our contractor, C&S construction was a gem, a total pro. Casey was on the job every day participating and directing the work. He made sure the plumber and tile setter were doing what needed to be done. We were out of the country when the job completed and were completely at ease with him having access to our house. He even hired a cleaning service to spotless the bathroom at the end. He also readjusted our front door that was sticking. C&S is probably not the least expensive company that might bid your job but if you hire them, the work will be done right and the result will exceed your expectations. Experience and dedication to craftsmanship counts and that is what you get with C and S.

Mr. Schweiger is a stickler for detail, does a thorough paint prep- especially caulking if needed, has a very good eye for color choices, does not cut corners, does high quality work, very honest, charges a very reasonable rate, friendly to work with. Two of my neighbors saw his paint job on my main house and guest house, and 1 used him for their house, the other neighbor hired him and work is about to start. You will be very happy with his results!
