He gives meticulous attention to detail, and is incredibly neat. I am thrilled with the result--as a neighbor observed, the new, brighter color makes the house "pop" from the curb, and stands up to close scrutiny as well. He gave me a very reasonable price for such a big job.

In addition to the exterior painting, he also helped me clean up and re-paint a room in the basement after a leak from a downspout went undetected for too long. I was happy with this work as well.

They also added a drain pipe to move water from the roof drains away from the building because the previous drain was obstructed by tree roots.
