"One of our remote drop down screens had come off the track.  As we were lowering our screen, a porch chair was in the way and the screen came off the track.  Shade Solutions installed these remote porch screens three years ago.  No complaints and we love these screens.  Luckily I kept their contact information.  I called Jeff.  He said he was out of town but we come in 3 days when he returned.  He called three days later....came to the house and repaired the screen.  Done.  I would highly recommend Shade Solutions.
