"Excellent work. This was a tricky problem as it took some detective work to figure out exactly how/where the water was coming in. Brian did a series of repairs all to ensure the work was done correctly. And with the recent rain, the basement has stayed dry! We have used BCG before and will use them again. Very satisfied with their work!"

"Well, my foot went through the stairs of our 33 year old deck so it was time to replace it. I fixed it once before but my wife had enough. 14X19 wood, vinyl railings and a gate. I got three quotes. Jeff was first at $14,900. The second was $14,500 and the third well know company in Harford county was a ridiculous $18,000. I was a little taken back by that. Maybe the job wasn’t fancy enough for them so they priced it high. Well, it worked. Theses quotes were all before the price spikes of mid 2021. Jeff came out with his crew and began the work. He picked the best boards and made several exchanges at 84 Lumber. I really appreciated it. It was clear from the beginning he wasn’t going to do some half *** job. We had good conversations and Jose worked his butt off. It took approximately two weeks. All told I am completely satisfied, but to be honest, anything was going to be better then what was originally there. I’m thinking about having them come back an do my siding."

"VKB far exceeded out expectations for our new kitchen design and installation; as well as, the resurfacing and stain/varnish to my existing floors and stairs. My wife and I are very pleased with the final outcome. Money was well spent. Base on our experience, I would not hesitate to recommend their services again. Jack and Suzanne McClinton."

"There was an issue during the installation, but they worked with me until it was resolved and I was happy! They were very clean covered all my floors and carpets. When the job was completed they removed all trash. Very nice people."

"I honestly can't say enough good things about AES Builders. Tim Munson and his crew of professionals guided us through this bathroom remodel, answering all of our questions, making sure that we were in the loop on every decision, and helping us from fixture selection all the way to the paint on the wall. This is by far the biggest project I've done with AES and it will definitely not be the last. I especially want to thank Tim for his personal outreach to me and my wife during the project to make sure that the job was done to our satisfaction. Seriously, how many owners make the time to personally talk to their customers?? I would certainly recommend AES builders for any project in your home. AES was up-front the entire process from the initial consult, job estimates, and scheduling. Another service we particularly appreciated was the concierge service where one of AES's designers came with us to pick out the new cabinets, fixtures, and tub for the project. She made the whole process very easy and pain free. Thanks to her, we have a great looking bathroom!! Many thanks to Tim and his people for the excellent job on my wife's bathroom. Looking forward to working with you in the future."

"They did a great job repairing my fence."

"I had ALLTHINGSNEW redo my basement and add a wall to create a bedroom. Willie and his crew were professional, clean, and quick! I would recommend them for anything you need done. They went above and beyond my expectations and the space looks like it came with my home."

"Working with Juan was a great experience. I just purchased a condo in downtown Baltimore and have noisy neighbors above me. I wanted to have an extra layer of drywall installed to help mitigate the footfall and airborne noise. Juan and his crew did a phenomenal job with the installation. I really appreciated amount of detail taken to make sure the work was done poperly. This was my first remodel so I wasn't sure what to expect but Juan made sure to explain the process from start to finished. This experience was great. FIVE STARS."

"We recently hired KMA to remodel our kitchen and they did a beautiful job!! They were very knowledgeable in all aspects of the project and kept us informed every step of the way. We will be using them again to update our 2.5 bathrooms in the future."
