"My cement front porch was sinking and crooked. Because the porch had sunk, the porch post had detached from the porch ceiling, so I was wedging it to prevent it from falling over. I also had a cracked driveway and needed a piece of house siding near the porch replaced because it had dried cement on it. The contractors I spoke with said they could not fix or replace my porch post nor replace the house siding piece, and some of them provided written cost estimates without itemizing the work they would perform. "I had three companies come out and provide estimates, Wyndhill's was by far the best. We have had them do some spot roof repairs in the past, and they have always been prompt, communicative, fair in pricing and thorough in their work. This last job we were looking for roofing reinstall estimates, as well as GACO coating estimates. Due to the type and condition of our roof, we opted for the GACO coating. We also had some fiberglass roof panels on our patio blow off in a windstorm and they replaced these too, providing us with a 5-year warranty on all of the work.
