"The greatest contractors ever. I called at least 12 different contractors. Some never showed. One showed up drunk. Others gave me unreasonably high quotes. Three low balled me a but turned out to be crooks or psychos. I had to call the police on one. Stump's was the greatest. Slightly below average in price, even.
