"Adam responded quickly when I posted on Angieâ  s list my need for repair of my Historic Chicago Bungalows back porch stairways : collapsed bottom step and detached and rotting side posts. He assessed what was needed to be done to repair and make safe my porch stairway. Replacement of side posts with concrete reinforcement and bottom stair replacement and stabilizing of stairway to make safe.. He submitted a fair price for the work project : labor and materials needed. Within a week, Adams company, Belmont Construction arrived and completed the work in an afternoon. I am very pleased with the way the steps and side rail posts look and the professional job done by them. My stairway is safe, secure and fits well with the original stairway. They identified numerous issues with our exterior wallboards and quickly replaced all rotting boards (a larger project than we imagined). The team wasn't the neatest I've seen, given this was renovation to our existing living space, but were quick to haul away all construction material.
