"Our three VKB bathrooms are PERFECT. The office staff is easy to work with and schedule appointments. Yucel Muslu came out to our house and created digital renderings of the bathrooms, incorporating all of the ideas I had and some of his own. He kept me fully informed of where he was in the design process. We then met with Yucel in his studio and picked out everything (the fixtures, tile, toilets) from their showroom. Prior to our meeting, Yucel had 3 or so fixture options he thought would look nice for each bathroom and we selected from there. If I had a design portfolio on HOUZZ, he would have utilized that as well but I did not. Yucel is an incredibly skilled designer and our bathrooms are BEAUTIFUL. Al Onur was our contractor and he kept an eye on our project, stopped by every so often and was always quickly available via text or phone. Elvis Aguilon was the one in charge of all projects at our house on a day to day basis and he is an incredibly skilled craftsman. His work is meticulous and the tile/grout are perfect throughout all 3 bathrooms. The two men who were in the house everyday were extremely clean and swept thoroughly at the end of each day. All of my wood floors were protected and they took great care to not damage walls when they were carrying in items. Any accidental damage they touched up and they even fixed an attic door that I broke prior to the project which was a nice surprise. Our project added a water closet in the master while eliminating the tub and making the shower enormous. Yucel was able to easily make design adjustments when I panicked that the water closet wouldn't be large enough; he was correct, the size he said would be fine is an excellent size. I would hire VKB again for our kitchen and for our two other bathrooms when they need to be redone. They were easy to work with, thorough and timely. I recommend VKB without hesitation to all of my friends and neighbors."

"Mr. Handyman was THIRD company I hired from Angie's List to take care of the chores I needed done around the house. I should have started with them and saved myself a lot of time and trouble.
From the very beginning, Taylor Leigh in the office was responsive to my
needs, thorough in determining exactly what I needed/wanted and provided an accurate estimate for the job. 
She assured me Mr. Handyman was up to the task list I gave her. Just one person ? Dennis ? took care of my entire to-do list with perfection. He was there when
he said he would be, was professional, courteous and incredibly thorough.
The shed alone took Dennis an entire day. It really was in sore need of attention and Dennis has excellent carpentry skills. My old shed hasn't looked so good in more than a decade. 
 Midway through the list the president, Kevin Crysler,
stepped in to help me figure out the handrail situation. He and Dennis provided options for materials, and when I stood firm on wrought iron Kevin had to wrangle cats to get them made. It took awhile, but the end result was worth the
wait. Dennis returned to complete installation, and my new handrails are lovely.
 I had a hitch a month later when a screw came out of one of them, making the handrail wobbly and generally unstable. One email to Kevin, though, and Dennis was back out that afternoon and fixed it very quickly. No problem.
 Mr. Handyman is not an inexpensive option, but if you want a job done well, and wanted to be treated well, they certainly will do it for you. I won?t hesitate to call them again!

"Abbey built a fence with multiple height/style fencing and gates around our back yard. They also constructed latticework alongside our driveway bulkhead. There were no issues from the time of construction for the fence. The latticework needed additional support due to high winds in our location and Abbey came out within a week to reconstruct the latticework with a level of support and integrity such that the latticework survived the highest winds of the season. We highly recommend Abbey as a reliable, competent partner in fence construction."

I was able to schedule Mike to come out and get an idea of the scope of work to be performed within a few days of making my initial call and he kept the appointment even though a t-storm was rolling in to Annapolis that evening. During the job, Mike and his crew kept things clean around my yard and removed all debris each day. Mike provided me with a high quality job at a very fair price. Throughout the course of the project, Marc kept us posted on expectations leading up to our start date and then stayed in constant communication with us during the construction phase. When we needed to make minor tweaks or changes, Marc and the crew were always open to our ideas and continuously stressed that our satisfaction was their goal. "The team Fence & Deck sent to install a fence in my backyard—an area measuring about 1/6th of an acre—were quick, efficient, and friendly. The first team member showed up just before 7:30 to start dismantling the old fence. By 8 AM, the rest of the team was hard at work. It was a quieter process than I thought, to be honest—which was great, as my neighbors work from home. They were finished by 2 PM; had cleaned up, packed up the old fence and their equipment and were gone. There were issues with installing the new fence: trees had grown into the fence path, most of them belonging to the neighbors. The team presented me with possible solutions at each point, so I could get the fence I wanted—or as close as was possible given the obstacles. It was a very low-stress construction day, and we—and our neighbors—really like the results."
