"I've hired Jim and his team for several projects in the past year, including the reconstruction of an outdoor porch; installing a bathroom fan and running its venting to the outside; fixing up rotten boards and checking the integrity of a second floor porch; and replacing the ceiling, flooring, a window, and areas of the walls in an area of my house that I’m hoping to eventually rent out as a separate unit. I highly recommend Jim, OHI, and his entire team (again, a shout out to both Juan and Shorty, who were always friendly, helpful, and left the house cleaned after each project). He’s an experienced and knowledgable contractor who can quickly assess problems and offer solutions, and I value and appreciate the work he’s done on my property."
