He immediately returned my phone call, contacted the tenant, investigated the problem, followed up with me (giving me the options to move forward), disposed of the old oven/stove and installed the replacement. "16 years ago Petkus Brothers put a beautiful sunroom addition on our house and a cover over our patio in Roseville. The craftsmanship of the sunroom and the installation have stood the test of time. We've had no problems with it and it looks just as good today as it did the day they installed it. The installers were professional, explained each step over the days it took to erect it and cleaned up everyday - no loose screws or scrap metal laying around. Recently we had them put a cover over our driveway to protect our vehicles. Again, installers were focused, explained the process and cleaned up all the mess the three days it took to install it.
