"Without hesitation, you should hire Jim now! We had significant issues with a prior general contractor on a large project. It was a terrible experience. Although we were initially hesitant to start the process all over again, we subsequently hired Jim and his crew at Legend Construction to pick up the pieces. Jim learned what happened previously and he advised he would take care of us. True to his word, Jim showed up when he said he would, stayed with his crew all day, worked steadily on the project, maintained a neat and tidy workspace, charged a fair rate, and built us a beautiful large front and rear porch on our house in what we felt was record time (roughly three weeks in total from start to finish).
