"The two gentlemen announced their arrival and immediately began preparations for the painting projects. Upon completing the first application, I advised them that the color was not what I had requested. They agreed and returned to the dealer for the correct color. Within two hours they were back and completed my utility building. "Andrew and a small crew erected a prefab patio screen house that attaches to the house. It is like a screened porch, only on a patio. It took them 15 hours and they did a wonderful job, even moving a light fixture that was in the way. We have enjoyed almost every supper outside on our new screened patio since then. They also built a nice ramp for my custom shed, as well as putting up lattice work around it to my specs.

Altus Building Solutions framed in a shed roof over the porch, insulated with R30 batting and installed an architectural shingle and new 6" gutter and downspout.
