"He began by going over everything I wanted done. He measured the shed and told me what type of wood to purchase.  He would have gone and bought the supplies but I felt it was a better use of his time to work on the projects while I went shopping.   I had prepurchased some supplies so that he could begin the work as I went shopping for the rest of the supplies.  
He looked over the outlets that were loose and was able to fix them without replacing them.  He fixed the drain in my sink.
He replaced some rotting boards on my shed and replaced the locking devices.  He replaced two light switches that were broken. He replaced the pipe for the sump pump, my only complaint was that he did not replace the insulation that was surrounding the pipe that was exiting the house.  He rehung a door in the basement that had come off the hinges.  He was unable to assist us with a ceiling fan that was wobbling.  He also cut a hole in the drywall to add a vent in the basement. 
He was very methodical in his work and completed all the tasks that I gave him.  I had even added a couple that we had not previously talked about before he arrived.  He accepted my coupon with no hassel and only charged a small amount for the supplies he used from his truck.
