We received several estimates for the work and Minquiz Construction came in with a quote that was very reasonable. We are so glad we chose them to do the job. Angel is a craftsman. Our deck stairs had an interesting design and Angel replicated that design and it actually looks better than it did originally. He ended up having to put several coats of stain on the base and he worked on it until it was perfect. We would definitely use Minquiz again."

We had been struggling to find a responsible contractor to get our kitchen, bathroom, and basements remodeled but after meeting Mike and going over the process we knew he is the real deal. We initially did just Kitchen and bathrooms and we were extremely satisfied with quality, timeliness, cleanliness and on-budget delivery of a project. Mike was very reliable and vetted sub-contractors that he hires and all of them do a very good job. Mike kept us informed on progress - what will be done this week, following week, etc - that made it very easy for us to plan activities that we wanted to get done differently. We then hired Mike again after 6 months to get basement remodeled and are very delighted at how it turned out to be. We added a couple of rooms, entertainment area, bathroom, and small kitchen - work was done professionally, with quality and on promised schedule."

What I loved about them is their eye for detail and also not get frustrated with their work. If it was meant to be completed they did it. No 50% work.. full 100% commitment. Pricing was very very reasonable and would recommend them to everyone. They will be back in the summer for power washing and sealing the patio/ porch!"

They were able to accommodate a specific window last minute. They installed a picture frame light and built an outside patio storage in the same visit, and ALSO helped move a rug from under the bed. I have used many services in the past and am blown away by the professionalism and customer service with this set of folks. Will be reusing many times in the future !"
