Frank called me back super quickly (5 minutes) and came out for an estimate on 5/25/18. He called me the night before my tree removal, 5/30/18, to tell me he'd be here between 12pm and 2pm the following day. On the day of removal, 5/31/18, Frank called to say he was running late, but would still be removing my trees as promised. I was advised that my cement walkway may be damaged by the weight of their equipment which was fine since I am planning on having it replaced. The day of, they arrived promptly around noon time with a large truck and a 6 man crew. They quickly began to work and nearly finished the job by sundown. Since it was 4 large trees, they had to come back in the morning to complete the task. They removed all debris and grinned the stumps."
