"Prompt response to my request for service, great communication...very easy and pleasant to deal with...showed me what needed to be repaired and inspected other things to make sure that they were seemingly all ok. I personally am not a big fan of service fees that are not then absorbed or offset with work that is done, but to be fair as well, it is not uncommon either. I did appreciate the communication and quality of work done, and his knowledge of my hot tub (and just with respect to hot tubs in general) was evident."

We had an old fence that was falling down and has needed to be torn out and replaced for a long time.  I called several contractors to come and give me estimates on the cost for the new fence and the removal of the old one.  Doug was prompt in showing up to give the estimate, he even showed up early!  After speaking with several other companies in town, I felt that Doug had been the most up front and honest, and he gave me the best price for the work.  I scheduled to have the work done and was told it would be a few days before the crew could get started.  Which was not a problem at all.  They showed up on Saturday morning to get a jump on ripping out the old fence so they could get started on the new one as soon as they finished a previously scheduled job.  We were told they would be here Wednesday, and they were!  His guys were very professional and polite.  They completed the work in 2 days, which blew me away!  They also went above and beyond and cut down years and years of brush that had grown behind the old fence. I could not have been more pleased with the crew and the new fence looks fantastic.  I would recommend ACE Fence Co to anyone of my friends and will use them for any future projects that come up.
