"I hired a solar co out of No Hollywood (don t do it). It s true what they say about companies out there. 12 of my 21 panels were out. I called the business in No Hollywood, I only was able to leave a message in an answering machine (no one ever called back). I called a local company to see what was wrong (Urban Energy) they came out and replaced all of the water drenched, poorly sealed connectors, some pipe that had been full of water that was also sealed improperly, and 5 more inverters started working. Now I m trying to get the company that installed to pay for the 7 inverters that are no good due to the improper sealing job we received. Urban energy was great, they came out right away and checked it for us and fixed what needed to be done short of the inverters. Wish we had used a local company when we bought the solar. The company in No Hollywood showed a Beverly Hills address now and the Company that took over for them in No Hollywood is supposedly going to send a technician out (keeps pushing dates back for two weeks now) to check the system. We have sold the house so this presents a huge problem."
