They did try several times and let us out of the contract since they could not provide full service. I would gladly use them again if they could figure out that technical problem, which apparently is rare in their experience.

We had called Mr. Rooter who had a 60 minute commitment advertised, but when two hours went by and we had not heard from them, we called and they could not give us any idea when they would be able to get to us. We called A & E, they told us they would be there within two hours and would call us before they came. They followed through in all areas."
