"Called in Sila to evaluate system in my new home, and I have a month to move in.
Was aware the system was old and inefficient, but now aware as to how bad it was. Tech came out and spent quite a while to evaluate things and show me the problems, which I highly suspected considering the age and the shoddy work that was done to the unit before.
Recommended entire system replacement, for which a rep came out in 3 days to go over with me. Guy made several measurements of home and gave me several options. I choose to go with the most expensive option they had in terms of replacement, which is the dave lennox signature xc25 system: furnace, air handler, A/C, dehumindifier, full works except the solar panel.
Had it installed just 2 days ago and the company have been in contact ever since, keeping check on the work and handling the Mass Save paperwork.
Can't wait to fire it up. Pretty impressed by their responsiveness and installation workmanship, attention to detail and really impressed with the technology of he system, and looking forward to get it going and living in comfort.

The installation team was overseen by two seasoned staff. They were able to connect our solar hot water panels to the new system, which another firm said could not be done. All the work was completed on time, and they showed us how every component worked. Their office is handling the paperwork for our rebate for replacing a furnace that was more than 30 years old.
