The ARE representative anticipated my needs and helped me to understand the big picture. After I provided a sample of my PG&E bills, I was given a computer-generated cost/benefit analysis with diagrams. The rep explained when it would be beneficial to purchase a solar, battery, and generator system. There was no pressure to immediately buy anything.
