They responded to emails and texts within a day or two at the most, but usually within a couple of hours. They were patient and very helpful with all of the questions we had (and we had many!), and they were happy to coordinate with other contractors that were doing work on our house at the same time. We did a fairly detailed analysis of the quality, cost, efficiencies, and expected lifetime of the equipment that NRG proposed compared to other companies, and we are confident that they provided the best equipment at the best cost. "Legendary did a great job installing a Tesla home storage battery. The workmanship on the installation was excellent and they left the work area as they found it. On installation day there was a problem with the new battery which had an unusual glitch (it didn’t work). Not their fault. They contacted Tesla right away and Tesla sent a new battery (which worked) in a couple of weeks. Legendary came back to install the new battery right away. They spent sufficient time to explain the app and how to adjust settings within the app. I purchased the battery primarily to connect to my existing solar for emergency use in case of power outages. Would highly recommend them and will call them in the future for repair and maintenance issues also."
