Unfortunately, their proposed solution was not engineered appropriately and failed to meet expectations (I found out afterwards, since I am a Radio/Radar engineer, not a solar power engineer). The installation designers wanted to place the batteries in an unsuitable/ridiculous location and used a system that unnecessarily rewired my power panels, creating significant electrical complications. (As an electrical engineer, I recognized these choices as poor practice). After installation, I had to resolve account and software issues directly with Tesla, only to learn that the system had been improperly sized. Semper Solaris did not deliver the professional expertise I relied on."
