"Ken was amazing, we had an issue with some flickering of the bedroom lights going on at just one half of the house, after diagnosing we discovered it was a issue on the pg&e side of our panel , he made the phone call of getting PG&E out they came within 20 minutes! He also fixed a plumbing issue we had inside our home, he went ahead and fixed that too, he’s been a life saver.
