They really knew what they were doing and worked steadily to ensure that the job was done to code and in a timely manner. Brian Walker, the principal of Charge, and his workman, Toby, were great. They cut no corners and the work was done excellently. When it was time to test run the generator, it started up effortlessly. At the end of the job Brian made sure that I understood the operation of the unit and what to do if something went wrong. He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Solar Shoppers gave me more relevant information than any of those other companies combined so I could make an educated decision. She said she would have an experienced representative come out so my questions could been answered and they were completely.
