Kevin diagnosed the problem immediately as the thermostat, had a replacement in the truck, and completed the installation of the new unit quickly. He showed me how to program the updated version, and everything seemed to be fine - until the next morning. Turned out the replacement was defective. When I called, I was told that they might not be able to get back to me that day, but Kevin interrupted his schedule to come back and put in a new (and working) unit at no charge."

"There was a miscommunication in the time scheduled somewhere but they did come the day they promised. The two plumbing technicians were very professional and took care of the problems within 20 minutes. I did do a survey directly to Rays plumbing about the fee that was charged for the minimal work performed and they did call me to discuss how to improve on at least providing a minimal work quote if work was going to be done. Initially they were coming to see what was causing the leak in the bathroom tub and the technicians told me if they did any physical work, they would have to charge me a fee of 149.00. I had them tighten 2 faucets and that was the bill. I do understand it is difficult for a company to quote over the phone, but based on what my problem was, it would have been nice to have an idea on what I would pay.. I would hire them again, but would like an upfront quote. Thank you"
